The Summer Program Fee will be $90.

Include with your form your check, payable to Foothill Girls Lacrosse, and send it with the Registration/ Emergency Form.
On the form please write in your US Lacrosse number and the expiration date. Click here https://secure.uslacrosse.org/m.cfm to find your daughters number and date and expiration. It is mandatory to have your USLAX number current for insurance purposes.
Coaches Bri and Brooke will be running the summer program and Coaches Cross and Cummins will make several guest appearances.
