2008-09 2nd Quarter 6th Period PE
Starts Thursday November 13, 2008 for all lacrosse players who are not participating in a winter sport (players who have a 6th period academic class should report when that class ends)
Boys:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm
(2:05 pm to 2:45 pm at the FHS Lacrosse field for agility/speed/strength workout and 3:05 pm to 4:30 pm at the Hewes Middle School field for full gear practice)
Girls:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the FHS Lacrosse field
Boys Pre-Season Lacrosse
February 21 and 22
Knights Challenge at FHS
JV & Frosh/Soph Teams
Cost is $40 per player

Monday February 16 -- Spring Practices begin

March 1 -- Boys Varsity and Junior Varsity scrimmage games in Los Angeles
March 6 -- CIF Games begin
Tuesday March 17 at 7:02 pm in Room 122 -- Booster Club Meeting
April 16 - 19 -- Varsity Trip to Bay Area
Tuesday April 21 at 7:02 pm in Room 122 -- Booster Club Meeting
Southern Section CIF Championships in Los Angeles by May 15, 2009

A Message From Our Booster Club President:
Welcome to the Foothill Knights Lacrosse website! Under the direction of Coach Jon Fox the boys program has grown to be one of the largest and most successful in southern California. The girls program under Coach Brian Cross has likewise grown and achieved success. We look forward to continued success and improvement for the entire Foothill High School Lacrosse Program.
